Having worked with her father on some residential work growing up, Kendall was always drawn to a career in construction. She followed her dream to continue to build up the city of Boston and now works for S&F Concrete.
“I love getting to work on such huge projects in Boston. Plus I’ve met a bunch of amazing people since joining the Carpenters union. They really look out for one another.”
Kendall says she loves everything about her career choice, including the great pay and benefits, and the views! For women thinking about a career in the trades, Kendall says “regardless of your gender or size, with practice, you can do anything!”
