Carpenters know the truth: Elections Have Consequences, and Politics Equals Paychecks.
That’s why this past weekend, 92 members and staff joined us in Albany for our 2nd GOTV Conference, covering everything from meeting with elected leaders, to running for office, to understanding the importance of down-ballot races that shape our work. We wrapped up the day with a dinner and meaningful conversations with Congressman Paul Tonko, a true ally of union carpenters.
Now it’s your turn! Don’t be intimidated; your expertise in construction makes you an authority in these conversations. Get involved. Speak up. Join us. Together, we’ll keep building political power and protecting Carpenters livelihoods.
