Mix 20/20 quick reference information
Please note: this Mix 20/20 resource guide is applicable only to members of NASRCC Locals 276, 277, 279, 290 and 291. If you are a member of a different Local, please click here for dispatch information.

This guide will help you:
- Sign the Out of Work List (OOWL)
- Check your number on the OOWL
- Retrieve a job dispatch that you have missed
- Update/submit Carpenter Work/Skills Questionnaire
- Use Mix 20/20 online
- Text with Mix
To sign the Out of Work List online

To check your number on the OOWL:

To retrieve a job dispatch that you have missed:
Call (888) 625-8022
Select Opt. 1 to renew on the list and then
Opt. 1 to retrieve the dispatch call
Update/Submit Carpenter Work/Skills Questionnaire
To update and submit your preferred work location and skils, email this form to dispatchny@nasrcc.org or mail to NASRCC Central Dispatch, 181 Industrial Park Road, Horseheads, NY 14845

How to use Mix 20/20 online:
Go to https://www.mix2020.com/member/ne/
- Your login information is the same as when you call in and sign the OOWL over the phone
- Here you can check your number on the OOWL and all of the information that we have on file for you. (You CAN NOT sign the OOWL, to sign the list you must call the automated system or text the dispatch office from your texting approved phone number.)
- You can update your job skills when you click on the “Skills” tab and then select “Edit My Skills”. Here you can add or remove your skill set.
- You can update your work areas by clicking on the “Work Area(s)” tab and select the counties you want to add or remove.
To check your number on the OOWL:
- Go to the work areas tab
- Touch the name of your selected county or hover the mouse over the name of the County. This will give you the number you are on the OOWL.

What can I communicate through texting?
- Signing the Out-Of-Work list
- Renewing on the Out-Of-Work list
- Reporting you’re working
- Reporting that a job has ended
- Add/Remove no more than 3 Counties (beyond that you must fill-out a new job skill)
What can’t I do?
- You CANNOT change personal information
- You CANNOT change skills
- You CANNOT retrieve a job dispatch
- You CANNOT accept/decline a job dispatch
***YOU MUST TEXT FROM THE PHONE NUMBER YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH MIX 20/20, OR IT WILL NOT WORK***
