Life is busy for everyone, but union carpenters know it’s important to stay active and engaged on the issues, policies and candidates that impact our work, our families and our standard of living.
We’ll say it again: Politics = Paychecks. Elections Have Consequences.
That’s why more than 100 members, including many first-time participants, joined NASRCC leadership and staff in Albany this past weekend for our 3rd GOTV Conference.
From meeting with elected leaders to participating in breakout sessions on everything from running for office to the importance of lobbying, our members gained the knowledge and tools to stay involved and take action to strengthen our union, our communities and our nation.
When it comes to our livelihoods, our voices and our votes matter!
